Best Alternative to high priced Title 2 Machineguns
Legality
According to the BATF, a Machine Gun is defined (in part) by The National Firearms Act of 1934, 26 U.S.C. § 5845 as “... any weapon which shoots ... automatically more than one shot, without manual reloading, by a single function of the trigger.” Machine guns, are mechanically engineered to continue firing until the trigger is released or the ammunition runs out.
The technique I use in my videos is called bump firing. According to the BATFE the term Bump Fire mean "Rapid manual trigger manipulation to simulate fully automatic fire." Bump Firing is not defined in the Gun Control Act of 1968, or in the National Firearms Act. As long as the trigger is functioned for every round fired the firearm is still a semi-automatic firearm no matter how fast the trigger is being pulled. In some of my videos you will see that I am using a rubber ban when I bump fire. Originally I started that after discovering it operates identically to the HellStorm 2000 trigger devices currently sold for $40.00 at gun shows. The makers of these devices don't tell their consumers that bump firing is free. I must mention that if you live in a state that does not allow the ownership of real machine guns I would not attempt this technique. Doing so could get you in arrested for having a machine gun. Then you would have to hire an attorney to prove you did not have a machine gun.
